Telecommunications holding company AT&T Inc (NYSE:T) announced on Friday (16 December) that is has launched a new gift card incentive scheme.

According to the company, this incentive scheme is designed especially for last-minute holiday shoppers who want to avoid crowded shopping malls.

New customers who place orders online through AT&T's website to register for either its SBC Yahoo! DSL Express or for SBC Yahoo! DSL Pro services between 16 December and 31 December will qualify for a USD100 Visa gift card.

This gift card can be kept or gifted when making any purchase online.
